Terms of Use

1. Product Scope

Speed Delete is a standalone desktop utility designed to permanently delete files and folders from a user's system.

These Terms apply only to Speed Delete and do not govern marketplace services, memberships, subscriptions, or physical goods offered elsewhere by Zidishops.

2. Payment and Merchant of Record

All payments for Speed Delete are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

Paddle is responsible for:

• Payment processing
• Billing and invoicing
• Tax calculation and collection
• Issuing refunds in accordance with the Refund Policy

Zidishops does not store or process payment card information.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Zidishops grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Speed Delete on supported systems for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or sublicense the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Bypass license enforcement or security mechanisms
• Rent, resell, or commercially exploit the software without authorization

4. User Responsibility and Access Control

You acknowledge that Speed Delete is a powerful file deletion utility intended to permanently remove data.

You are solely responsible for:

• Selecting files or folders for deletion
• Confirming that selected data is safe to remove
• Understanding that deletion actions are irreversible
• Controlling access to your device and user account
• Preventing unauthorized or unintended use of the software

Zidishops is not responsible for deletions resulting from user error, misunderstanding, negligence, or use by third parties, including but not limited to children, employees, family members, or other individuals with access to your device.

5. No Data Recovery Guarantee

Speed Delete permanently removes files and folders. Once a deletion action is completed, data may not be recoverable.

Zidishops does not provide data recovery services and makes no guarantee that deleted data can be restored by any means, including operating system features or third-party recovery tools.

6. Assumption of Risk

By using Speed Delete, you understand and accept the risks associated with permanent file deletion.

You assume full responsibility for any data loss, system impact, or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the software.

7. System Requirements and Proper Use

You are responsible for ensuring that your system meets the stated minimum requirements before installing or using Speed Delete.

Zidishops is not responsible for issues caused by unsupported hardware, operating systems, insufficient permissions, or conflicts with third-party software.

8. Updates and Changes

Speed Delete may receive updates, improvements, or bug fixes from time to time.

Zidishops does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific feature, function, or version of the software.

9. Support

Technical support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Speed Delete is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zidishops disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Zidishops shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use Speed Delete.
• Zidishops' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

Zidishops may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using Speed Delete and delete all copies in your possession.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
