Refunds are issued according to the conditions below and handled exclusively by Paddle.
2. Software and Digital Goods (Speed Delete)
Speed Delete is a digital desktop software product delivered electronically.
All payments for Speed Delete are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment confirmation, and approved refunds.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted within 30 days of purchase if:
- Speed Delete fails to perform as described on the product page, and
- Our support team is unable to resolve the technical issue within 7 business days after being notified.
Exclusions
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases once the license key or download has been delivered
- Failure to meet the stated minimum system requirements
- Successful use of the software without unresolved technical defects

At this time, physical goods are not eligible for refunds under this policy when purchased through Paddle.
